Who Can Invest

At SMB VIG, we offer private market investment opportunities exclusively to qualified individuals who meet the following criteria:

Accredited Investors

Investors must satisfy the SEC’s definition of an accredited investor, which generally includes individuals with a net worth over $1 million (excluding primary residence) or annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 for joint filers) for the past two years

Minimum Investment Requirement

Each opportunity requires a minimum investment of $25,000, unless otherwise specified
